MONDAY

Yoga for Seniors with Béatrice (Monday, 09.15-10.30)

This class emphasises personal awareness at a time when the body is changing and there are different life choices. With a regular practice of yoga you develop balance, concentration, agility, enhancing breathing capacity to oygenate all the body cells, and overall physical health. The class incorporates specially adapted exercises and focuses on well-being. There is no specific age to enjoy this class. 

Urba Africa danse with Zoko (Monday, 19.00-20.30

Imagine! You are on holidays in Africa. Music begins and you just let go! A moment outside of time to feel, vibrate and radiatew joy.

Urban comtemporary African danse class to live, laugh and learn. Open to all levels.

Zenergy with Karin (Mondays, 12.30-13.30)

Too stressed to relax? Don't miss this class! For a clear mind and positive energy.

This class is quite dynamic and very joyful. Being conscious of your breathing as you go through a series of movements will help you to feel relaxed yet energized.

TUESDAY

Yoga Flow with Karin (Tuesday, 09.00-10.15)

Feel the flow of sequencing and marrying breath and movement.
This class emphasises body, mind and heart awareness and connection. This allows the body to gently open and reveal balance, strength, flexibility and a sense of freedom. Each week we explore a different theme all aimed at nurturing the feeling of "coming home to your body". 

Yoga Moms with Karin (Tuesday, 10.20-11.20)

This class is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth and beyond to muscle the perineum. Postures, breathing techniques, and meditation offer a practice that supports healing, balancing the hormonal system and relaxation. Mothers may bring their babies for an experience that incorporates yoga and bonding with the baby. These classes are a wonderful way to connect with other moms in a supportive and cosy environment. Not limited to new moms!

Prenatal Yoga with Karin (Tuesday, 18.00-19.00)

Prenatal Yoga provides a safe and relaxing space for pregnant women to nurture their bodies and minds. Incorporating gentle postures, breathing techniques and tools to embrace this wonderful, special time and prepare for birth. Connect and share with other expectant mothers and learn tools that will be useful for the rest of your life.

WEDNESDAY

Yoga for Kids with Anne-Françoise
4-11 years (Wedn, 13.30-14.30, 14.40-15.40)

Yoga helps your child become aware of their body and their character, to learn about relating to themselves and others, to develop respect, loving-kindness, responsibility, self-confidence and creativity. In this class yoga is shared through fun games and exercises. A special 'abonnement' is available for kids classes, paid in advance by semester. 

Shakti Yoga for woman with Georgina (Wedn. 18.00-19.15)

A nourishing sacred space for women to connect to their feminine essence, to love and trust their bodies. We use movement, breath and sound to access our heart and womb wisdom, and our authentic power. The feminine embodiment practices incorporate hatha, vinyasa, kundalini and restorative yoga, dance, tantric and shamanic practices. Each woman's body is the true guide.

            

Awaken & Restore with Georgina (Wedn. 19.30-21.00)

A sacred space to relax, breathe, open, restore and come home to yourself. We explore gentle yet effective postures to open up the body, which in turn creates space in the mind. We take time to go deeper into the sensations and awareness of the inner landscape. Deeply relaxing and therapeutic, this class incorporates hatha yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork, yoga nidra, meditation and sharing. Open to all levels.

 

THURSDAY 

Medit'train (Thursd. 7.00-7.30)

Take a breath before your train.

30min of meditation to start off your day well! This class is facilitated alternated by Annick, Karin, Philippe and Valérie.

Open to all levels, participation 20.-

Hatha Yoga with Wiebke (Thursd. 10.15-11.30)

This all-levels class starts with a meditation or the practice of pranayama (breathing exercise) to bring you with your full awareness to your mat. Flow sequences synchronizing breath and movement are incorporated as well as some softer/slower poses. 

In any case, it is the breath guiding the body’s movements to deepen sensations in every asana and to help you to reconnect to yourself. This practice is to strengthen your entire body and mind and leaves you ready for the challenges during the rest of the day. 

The class will be taught in English and French.

 

Yoga Dharana with Dr. Sheth, MD in Ayurveda (Thursd. 18.00-19h00). First class on the 19th of april.

Free the mind from its frenzy race and tone the body to attain stability and clarity.

Back to the roots: a traditional yoga class which combines breathing (pranayam),  postures (asanas) , chanting (mantras) and relaxation taught by our ayurvedic doctor. 

You will slowly dive into a state of calmness. 

It’s best to do this practice on a regular base, if not daily at least weekly.  We offer 5 classes abos valid over 10 wks. Frs 125.-/5

 


FRIDAY

Yoga Lu Jong with Annick (Friday 09.00-10.00)

Lu Jong, stands for Tibetan Yoga and is an very ancient practice of Tibetan monks.
Literally, Lu means body and Jong transformation.

Move gently, while becoming aware of your breath. During this hour you practie 15 differents movements. Each has a specific intention to reharmonize the body. (5 elements, 5 articulations, 5 vital body organs.)

The class ends with a guided meditation.
