The objective of these classes is to guide you so you can rapidly feel the physical and mental benefits of practicing meditation. The classes include Qi Gong exercises which can be seen as "meditation in movement". The classes are suitable for every one.

Philippe Dossios practices yoga and meditation for 35 years and is also certified in PNL and naturopathy.
