Prenatal Yoga/Pilates provides a safe and relaxing space for pregnant women to nurture their bodies and minds. Incorporating gentle postures, breathing techniques and tools to embrace this wonderful, special time and prepare for birth. Connect and share with other expectant mothers and learn tools that will be useful for the rest of your life.

Postnatal with Claire Thursday at 10h15

This class is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth and beyond to muscle the perineum and reshape your body. Postures associated to proper breathing techniques offer a practice that helps to recover, balance the hormonal system and relax. Mothers may bring their babies. These classes are a wonderful way to connect with other moms in a supportive and cosy environment. Not limited to new moms!
