Lu Jong, stands for Tibetan Yoga and is an very ancient practice of Tibetan monks.
Literally, Lu means body and Jong transformation.

Move gently, while becoming aware of your breath. During this hour you practice 15 differents movements. Each has a specific intention to reharmonize the body.

At the end of the class, your mind will be calm and relaxed, ready to follow an facilited meditation; guided meditation that ends the course and allows you to go back, more relax into your daily life.
