Connect and share with other expectant mothers and learn tools that will be useful for the rest of your life.

Postnatal with Claire (Thursday 10.15-11.15)

This class is a great way to support the body's recovery after birth and beyond to muscle the perineum and reshape your body. Postures associated to proper breathing techniques offer a practice that helps to recover, balance the hormonal system and relax. Mothers may bring their babies. These classes are a wonderful way to connect with other moms in a supportive and cosy environment. Not limited to new moms!
